Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing from or using any services provided by Pure Path ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you ("Licensee", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. About Pure Path

Pure Path is a digital audio products business based in Karnataka, India, specializing in professionally engineered preset packs for Serum 2 and other software synthesizers. Our products are sold exclusively as digital downloads.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872

• You are not barred from purchasing or receiving digital goods under any applicable law

3. Products & Digital Downloads

All products sold by Pure Path are digital goods, including but not limited to:

• Serum 2 preset packs (.fxp files)

• Sample packs, loops, and MIDI files

• Project files and templates

• Audio demos and supplementary content

Upon completing a valid purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Pure Path does not ship physical goods.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

• Applicable taxes may vary depending on your location and are the responsibility of the buyer

• Payments are processed securely through PayPal using SSL encryption

• Pure Path does not store or have access to your full payment details

• Pure Path reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice

5. Delivery

Download links are delivered via email upon successful payment. If you do not receive your link within a reasonable time:

• Check your spam or junk folder

• Contact us at support@purepath.guru with your payment confirmation details

Pure Path will make every effort to resolve delivery issues promptly.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, Pure Path operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a product has been purchased and the download link delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

We strongly encourage all customers to:

• Review product descriptions thoroughly

• Listen to all available audio previews

• Confirm software compatibility before purchasing

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

7. License & Intellectual Property

All Pure Path products are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the Sounds in accordance with our License Agreement.

You may:

• Use the Sounds in commercial and non-commercial music productions

• Use the Sounds in public performances

• Combine the Sounds with other elements in your compositions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or relicense the Sounds to third parties

• Include the Sounds in sample packs, subscription services, or library music products

• Transfer, loan, or share your license with any other individual or entity

• Claim ownership or authorship of the original Sounds

All intellectual property rights in Pure Path products remain exclusively with Pure Path. Unauthorized use may result in license revocation and legal action.

8. Acceptable Use

By purchasing from Pure Path, you agree not to:

• Use our products for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract raw assets from our products beyond normal use

• Misrepresent the origin of our products

• Use our brand name, logo, or content without prior written permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pure Path products are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Uninterrupted or error-free performance

• Compatibility with all DAWs, systems, or versions of Serum 2

It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify compatibility before purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Pure Path shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific product in question

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@purepath.guru. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

13. Amendments

Pure Path reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
